After today's update, the COLB is entering "sleep mode." Basically, since Pendrell fic is rare to find these days, I'm going to stop taking an active role looking for it. In that sense, the archive is closing. However, I'll still be archiving any direct submissions, old or new, so if you've written a fic that isn't up here feel free to submit it*. Gen, casefile, slash, whatever - everything's welcome.
Today's update is pretty big (considering the size of previous updates), so I invite you to enjoy in good health. Thanks much for all of your support and stories - it's been very, very fun. :)

So, it's only been about six months since the last update. Not too bad, right? :O
Today's update is fairly big, as far as updates around here go. Not only was there a smallish truckload of stories during the past six months to be archived, but I've fiddled around with the author and title pages and seperated them into single-letter categories to save page-loading time. If you like it or hate it, feel free to let me know†. Also, I've updated the Links page and tried to get rid of obsolete links...namely, the entire Gossamer section.
So go read, have fun, write fic, and...well, you get the picture. ;)

† Please don't feel free to let anyone know how you feel about it, I consolidated a lot of letters again anyway as the time required to load a 7kb page isn't that much of a consideration in 2024 as it was in 1997. XD –x-sites
